SL1M Trainee for Celcom (Experience)

Sambungan dr cerita semalam, kmk terimak offer ya and dtempatkan under Group Business Services & Solutions.

DAY 1

Mr. Eddie selaku Business Manager (BM) kat sia jumpa kmk 2 Mark, explain tntg job kmkrg, set up email & password, and perkenalkan dgn members of the floor. Sikda apa glak first day. Laptop pn belum dpt jadi kmk 2 byk ke krik krik jak haha.

DAY seterusnya:

1. Making phone call to potential client

Laptop dpos dr KL, jadi bila dh ada laptop means dh boleh start bekerja. But since kmk 2 msh blm dpt access system, jd kerja yg kmk 2 dpt is utk call company2, carik potential client and coba set up appointment. Literally, carik sales hehe. Yg akan pergi jmpa client klk our Account Manager (AM). Total di Sarawak masa kmk msh d sia is 9 org, di Kuching ajak ada 4 org. Semua bait2 :)

2. Finding Sales

Dept kmk tk handle corporate customer, mcm company2 kedak Sarawak Energy, Sacofa, SALCRA and byk gk lh. Selain drpd ya juak, kmkrg terimak juak customer2 yg dh bekerja (asalkan ada bukti bekerja). Ada special offer kedak xpelu byr upfront payment, xpelu ke Celcom pn utk berurusan. Blh mtk AM dtg ke pejabat or berurusan makey emel/whatsapp. Mun ktkrg ke Blue Cube, pelu byr upfront payment mn mok beli hp nak? Byr hp + upfront payment, tp mn dgn kmkrg, xpelu byr upfront (syaratnya is samada ktkrg mok upgrade pakej lepas stahun pakey Celcom and nmbor xda kontrak hp, OR ktkrg tuka dr Maxis ke Digi msk Celcom).

Kmk share nombor Sales Executive (dealer Celcom yg deal dgn AMs, yg assist and carik sales juak) utk ktkrg contact mun berminat. Especially mun FREE HP, rugi xambik hehe.

3. Roadshow

Selain dr assisting AMs, doing admin duties, kmk join juak Balqis and AMs pegi roadshow. Byk pengalaman dperoleh masa roadshow tok. Yr convincing skills, communication skills, smua ya lah haha.

4. Servicing customer

Lain2 ya mcm tlg customer replace Sim Card, tlg settle problem customer, explain hal bill ka apa, which is bg kmk common lah utk service provider company. 

5. Travel to KL for training

Paling best jd SL1M Trainee Celcom tok is dpt fly ke KL utk training. BEST GILAK! Sebab hotel yg ddiam ya xkurang dr 4 star. Mn zaman kmk, dberik Sunway Putra Hotel (2x diam sitok), and masa first time ya di Grand Seasons Hotel. Free breakfast of course and makanan tghari pn dsediakan juak. Semua boleh claim ok so no worries :) Tiket belon smua dsediakan. Bg kmk lah, Celcom pn bahagian yg uruskan hal travel2 tk agak efficient lah sebab kta just polah Travel Requisition (TR), then once approve by Boss, nok lain ya tauk2 dh ada tiket and hotel jak.
